Overview
WPS Manager is published by Protecq ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app handles and what leaves your device. In short: your payroll data stays on your device, and the only data we collect is anonymous app usage through Google Analytics for Firebase.
Payroll data stays on your device
Employee records, salaries, bank details, identity numbers (QID, Visa ID), IBANs and employer settings you enter or import are stored only on your device. We have no servers that receive this data, and we cannot see, access or recover it.
This data may be included in your device backups (for example iCloud or computer backups) according to your own Apple device settings.
Files you export or share
SIF payroll files and JSON backups leave the app only when you choose to save or share them using the system share sheet or file picker. Once exported, they are handled by the destination you choose, such as your bank, email or cloud storage, under that service's own privacy terms.
Google Analytics for Firebase
This is the only tracking in the app. We use Google Analytics for Firebase, provided by Google LLC, to understand how the app is used and to improve it. It automatically collects information such as:
- App events like first open, sessions and app updates
- An app instance identifier generated for analytics
- Device model, operating system version, app version and language
- Approximate country or region, derived from your IP address
Analytics never receives your payroll data, employee names, identity numbers, bank details or file contents. We do not use the advertising identifier (IDFA), do not show ads, do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and do not sell any data.

Your choices
You can delete all payroll data at any time in Settings → Data & Privacy → Reset All Data, or by deleting the app. Deleting the app stops all analytics collection. To ask about or request deletion of analytics data associated with your app instance, contact us at the address below.
Children
WPS Manager is a business tool and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
